The NHG Health Research Education (RE) unit is responsible for developing training programs and implementing educational support initiatives for investigators, clinical research coordinators and other clinical research professionals.

Scope

RE aims to educate and train investigators and study team members in research ethics and proper conduct of research to protect human research subjects through:

  • Providing timely, relevant, good quality & accessible training courses and workshops

  • Hosting platforms for study team members to share best practices through departmental talks and cross institutions or cluster forums/webinars

  • Disseminating timely updates on relevant research regulations, policies & SOPs through appropriate newsletters, publications, online resources & guides.
