Registering Standing Databases (SDB)

Submit your NHG Health Standing Database application via ECOS and await approval from your Institutional Deputy before proceeding.

With effect from 01 August 2020, all NHG Health Standing Database applications will be routed to the NHG Health Research Data Institutional Deputies (IDs) for approval. Please note that you should only proceed with your standing database activities after receiving approval by your ID.

From October 2024, researchers who intend to store data for future research must submit an SDB application via the ECOS (opens in new tab). More information will be released soon.
